The bounce was lucky, but taking advantage of it was pretty keen I think. I don't know if Huberdeau actually saw it unfolding or if it his recent re-emergence as a net driving player that put him at the right place at the right time, but it doesn't matter to me.
I've hated on Huberdeau as much as anyone, but it's nice to see him looking happy getting those goals. I think I had second had depression watching him the past couple of season.

If I recall correctly, Vladar may have also gotten the start on the 2nd night of back to backs every time this year, like he will tomorrow, where he'll get a tired group in front of him.
As I was saying in another thread, they're bringing Wolf along carefully, and that means giving him plenty of practice days, not too many games, and sheltering him from the hardest opponents. Vladar winds up playing games that a starter should be taking.
It's not that Vladar sucks, but right now it sucks to be Vladar.
