The warm up for the prime broadcast is showing warm up with no chatter just video.

For those of us who like to "time shift" (record, avoid score, catch up by skipping ads breaks, etc.), Amazon doesn't actually look too bad. I was fiddling with it during last week's Habs game to see how feasible it was.

The Amazon app/site doesn't show spoilers, and you get the option to watch live or start from the beginning. My progress was saved when switching devices and resuming.

I know that some people don't understand why anyone would want to watch on a delay like this, but I have it down to a fine art. Saves time, lets me "move" a game to a time when I'm not doing other stuff, etc. and still have some excitement and investment like watching live.

So for people who consume their hockey like me - Amazon looks decent. I am looking forward to checking out the quality and production as I was at the Dome on the 11th (the last Amazon game).

2022 7th OV (Korchinski), 2022 39th OV (Ludwinski) , and 2024 3rd from the Debrincat deal would only just be starting to make an NHL impact now and mostly would be in their rookie seasons.

2023 12th OV (But) and 2024 49th OV pick (Yegorov) and 2026 2nd round pick would not be making NHL impacts yet.

But those two bad moves have drained their prospect pool, while also limiting their ability to make other moves that might have come up this season.

So now the roster they have is harder to add pieces to because the trades they make have to be more of a "hockey" trade".

They turned Debrincat into Ullmark (with some other moving pieces) and that's been a bit of a failure so far with Ullmark not really upgrading on Korpisalo and Kastelic being pretty good for Boston).

They turned Chychrun into Nick Jensen and a 3rd...which Sens fans have liked Jensen but turning a 12th OV pick into a 34 year old 2nd pairing dman is never a good move.
I feel like the Sens try a rebuild and have a miracle season sandwiched in between and try to force dumb trades and go back to being mediocre.

Really hoping Conory stays away from doing things like that.

And still 10X better than what Sportsnet would have

Seriously, would rather watch players warmup then listen to Ron Maclean and the former Oiler plug

Reminds me of being at the game, I’m over the unnecessary commentary.

Brady Tkachuk has been getting media heat for late game tantrums and fights.

Calvin Coolidge. Absolutely, but getting that level of buy-in is impressive in and of itself.

Huska earning his money.

It’s on ESPN+ in the states, not prime. Guess it’s Wheel of Fortune then Football.

I like the presentation but I think the video quality is below cable/satellite. Maybe it's my internet or tv but it seems slightly jittery.
