Those media idiots up there are unbelievable.
McDavid played that so bad. He's floating beside Necas and randomly decides to abandon his man in the middle of the ice to attempt to double team a guy who isn't a threat. Smooth brain move.

How many times have we seen McDavid in an OT rushing up the ice without his team having the puck directly resulting in a lovely Oilers OT loss?

The best part of the oilers highlights was Michaels creaming himself over skinners windmill, only to be shut up quickly by a canes goal 5 seconds later. Take a seat Jack and go change your pants.

Columbus hammers the Leafs tonight, Flames off to an unexpected great start.
Wouldn’t a Jackets/Flames meeting in spring be symmetrical and make you believe in “Hockey Gods” just a tiny bit more?

Did anyone think that Trouba hit was clean? Looks like he tried to kill him with his elbow while they were up 3-0.

#### I hate that guy.

Are you talking about the hit on Barron?

Elbow was tucked and he was crouched down to hit him. Barron reaching down for the puck at the last second put himself in a bad spot.

Can't fault Trouba for this one....which is usually not the case.

The initial point of contact was the head, so I would disagree that Trouba is not at fault. I think he deserves DOPS action even though I know they already stated it was clean.

They keep saying that they want to put the onus on the player throwing the check to be aware of when the recipient player is in a vulnerable spot (near the boards, head down, whatever), yet the league refuses to actually hold players accountable in those situations (depending on colour of jersey, I guess)

The dopes in the DOPS aren’t serious about player safety

Remember when they suspended Tkachuk for flicking his stick off the leg of a guy leaving the ice?

And Trouba, known head shot artist, hits like Iggy where he drives his forearm through the target, except Trouba does it through the head of a vulnerable guy.. and nothing. What a POS

Not a Trouba fan at all, but you gotta keep your head up when he's on the ice or you are going to get trucked.

It was pretty classy of him to not destroy Matheson in the resulting fight. That's a pretty huge mismatch.
