This house was on the news last night. They didn’t know much about it other than some neighbours were concerned about who lived there. One interviewee said it was people she didn’t even know.

This. Is she talking as if she knows ALL her other neighbours and are therefore not concerned about the rest of the street?
I think it’s weird when people don’t know most of their neighbours, but there’s always going to be a few houses you don’t know anything about (or know enough that you don’t want to).

She's probably white and they're probably brown.
