Right…I’d go to the themed nights but I’m not in Calgary, so…whatever they have going on here when the Flames come in is what I get.

In their ranking of the top 100 NHL-affiliated prospects, Elite Prospects ranked Parekh #8, Basha #44, and Honzek #91. Basha's place in the rankings is impressive, given who they put him ahead of- including Nate Danielson, Marco Kasper, Matt Wood, Brad Lambert, Rutger McGroarty, Colby Barlow, Michael Hage, Owen Beck, Brayden Yager, Dean Letourneau, Jett Luchanko, Gracyn Sawchyn, Otto Stenberg, Joachim Kemell, Andrew Cristall, and Jagger Firkus.
Not that they have a crystal ball or anything....

Hard to find an accurate comparable to Basha's style, but TJ Oshie comes to mind IMO- both are average-sized wingers who are scrappy and competitve, both are unafraid to wade into the rough areas of the ice, and both play bigger than their size. We may have drafted a real gem here.

It looks like those are their afternoon games. I think they get some young kids in to do the anthems and make some of the announcements, and just a general kid-friendly atmosphere.
