Last good one was Wolf (even later).
Flames are good at this. More picks please!

I think Misa will be our future 2nd line C. I was hoping we could be bad enough to draft his brother this year. A 1-2 Misa punch down the middle.

Definitely rooting for the kid. If he makes it… the Jar Jar memes and gifs will be a fan fouvourite… or they’ll be really hated. Either way… it will be interesting.

Wait a minute... is this the Misa everyone's talking about? Like the really good one?
Edit: Nvm, I just dissentower's post a couple up. We've got the brother, dammit.
Bure
Neidermeyer
The guy from Philly, I think? Edit: Primeau
Calgary, home of the brothers of the good players.

That’s his brother Mike.
Having the Misa brothers carry this franchise would be neat.

We had the better Regehr, well both of them actually.
We also had the better Tkachuk, but thankfully just bridged him to be a young UFA lol

Flames need some lotto luck is they're going to get a chance to draft Michael Misa. In my estimation when the chips are done falling, Misa will be the 1 OA pick.

Flames won't even be in the draft lottery if Wolf keeps carrying them around on his back.
Their first pick in 2025 will be late in the first round.

Wayne Primeau lol. He was part of the package to get Thornton. What a nasty trade woof.

That's what he's saying. Florida's pick will be in the last first round. Calgary's pick would likely be 11 to 16 as per usual. Right now, it's pick 19.

Flames have had plenty of the "better" brother. Fans just tend to remember the lesser one more if you don't have the more well known one.
Chris Drury (We had Ted too)
Dougie Hamilton (Freddie, same time)
Miika Kiprusoff (Marko)
Daymind Langkow (Scott)
Hakan Loob (Peter)
Darryl Sutter, a guy who had a couple brothers himself I think, had a huge brother obsession when he was first GM. Marcus Nilson's brother Patrick played in our system for a couple seasons, Robyn and Ritchie of course and a few others IIRC.
Of course the Flames and Coyotes are the only team to ever trade brothers, Flames sending Brett Ritchie to Arizona for Nik.

I don't see any way the Flames can stay out of the bottom 10 in the standings the way they've been playing. I fully expect the Habs will have to settle for Florida's 1st.
