Though he is the king of one and done players, its hard to believe he would leave Kentucky.

Calipari is friends with John Tyson—billionaire heir to the Tyson Foods empire and a Arkansas booster.
Lost in all of this is that all of this started because of the SMU opening.

12 straight tournament wins and basically all of them blowouts, about as dominant as it gets for UConn back-to-back.

Gonzaga smoked Georgia. Plays #1 Houston next.

Great win for BYU and their first appearance in 14 years.
Awesome comeback by Gonzaga but a very messy final possession didn't even allow them to try to tie it up.

$10 on Akransas to win the tournament to pay $600 seems like a decent bet.
Edit: Found a better line at $10 to pay $800 on Stake.

This has to be the chalkiest tournament ever. 3 of the Regionals are the 1-2 seed, with one featuring the 1 vs 3. Anyone with a bracket that just picked the higher seed would be doing very well right now.

As it often seems in these close games in the tournament, Texas Tech lose because they can't make free throws. Tech misses the front end of back-to-back 1+1's and Florida quickly turns a six point deficit into a tie, and eventually pull it off.

That was quite the collapse by Texas Tech.

Yeah couldn't watch last night as I was stuck at an event, but glanced at my phone and saw Tech was up 7 with just over 3 minutes to go. I just assumed they won, must've been quite the collapse.

It wasn't even that bad actually, it was just really quick. Gators were down 9, made a 3, fouled in a 1+1 situation, Tech misses the front end, Gators make another 3, foul again 1+1, Tech misses again, Gators make another 3, it's tied. Clayton turning into prime Curry and just making every shot from deep didn't help Tech.

Feels like it's not very ideal for Tennessee to have only scored 15 points in a half. Hopefully they can at least get to 40 by the end of the game.

I believe it was 12+ points with around 5 minutes and then Florida went on a 9-0 or 11-0 run or something.

Final 4 are all the #1 seeds.
Duke looks like the toughest of the bunch but....that's why they play the games.

The effects of NIL and the transfer portal beginning to rear their ugly heads? We'll see if this is the beginning of a trend but it is going to be a challenge for smaller schools who have been unsuccessful in the past to keep their top players.

Maybe it's NIL, but it might just be an incredibly unique tournament. This is probably the best Final Four ever by the quality of the teams. It's been a pretty drab tournament so far, but if we get three classics at the end it would help redeem it a bit.
