Yeah, this isn't the Kevin Rooney that Sutter coached. This is a completely different dude. I'm impressed. That 4th line mix with say Greer instead of uhhhhh...Dueher would be crazy.

Faceoffs and that's literally it. Sharkbait is the better player and has been for 2/3 of this season that they've played.

That line is now 6 periods without being scored on.

Next game is a matinee though. Can they overcome the matinee?

That's how we'll know if the new group is for real.

Oh man, my most sincere condolences. I'm glad a goofy bit of gif work on my part will help you through this.

These game are fun but the niggling thought in the back of my mind is how much of all this is Markstrom just in God mode since his finger injury.

Bah, whatever, just let it ride and let things fall where they may.

Longest current win streak in NHL?
Calgary Flames and New York Rangers at 3.

He has nine more fingers. I suppose that means he can activate God mode nine more times in his career.

41% for Sharky tonight, 39% for Backlund. Not a great night for either.

In the season of streaks, maybe the Flames have one up their sleeve.
