Most of their high profile players openly support Putin...they can sit. Guy who have openly come out against him would be snubbed from the team too. They can continue to play fake exhibition games and let Putin score on them so his ego doesn't hurt.

Heck by next Olympics we can ban the US too if they have a dictator in power.
