Markstom is top in the league at playing the puck? Bit of a stretch there Rasmus.

Pass the Charmin over here, Mr. Soft

He's very flattering of Jacob.. sometimes beyond reason.
I think it's due to all the goals against he's directly cost him.

I thought the Kesseling cross check was far more severe than what Mangiapane got 5 and a game and a suspension for.
But it won't matter, but nothing gets called against the Flames.

Markstrom has gotten much better over the last couple of years.
It still sounds better than saying something like "Markstrom is a lot better than Vladar at playing the puck".

You mean you aren't wanting more lamenting of Kelly of the missed breakaway chance for the Coyotes?
Terrible call to give Osterle two minutes for dropping the gloves.
I expect probably a fine to that defenseman. Two targeted shots to the head.

Agreed. Hands in their pockets, eyes to the sky when it comes to protecting Flames players. Slap em with 2 if you have to, but no more than that.

I didn't see the first. All I know is that the shots are 7-3 Flames, there's no score, and Zary got busted up a little.
Did I miss anything?

The 2nd(Backlund) powerplay unit was moving the puck very well.
Dube started on the Lindholm line, but it switched to Greer towards the end of the period.
Lindholm made a great pass to Zary on the PP, but Zary's stick was checked.
The PK looked good as always.
Kadri nearly scored from a sharp angle.

Even Eric Francis called Kesselring’s multiple crosschecks on a defenceless and visibly injured Zary egregiously dangerous. Refs: 4 minutes, but we’ll offset those with a phantom 2 minute penalty against Oesterle. Should have been 5 and a game misconduct.

2 minutes for being too close to a guy when he fell down.
Saturday against the Oilers is going to go swimmingly if we get this quality of reffing..

Voted for Kodos

Andersson being beside a guy that’s falling down has the same penalty as a guy who cross checked our guy in the face… twice.
