I think Ryan Huska’s doing a good job overall. The team is playing well at even strength and on the penalty kill. The players seem happy. Huska does well with the media. He uses ice time well to reward and motivate players, and he shortens the bench appropriately in 3rd periods to help the team win. On the other hand, the power play is obviously horrible. And the decision not to use Andersson on PP1 is weird.

Regarding Huberdeau.

People see what they want to see.
Defensively he doesn’t cheat. Most of the time he is the first one back covering the middle instead of Backs.

Last couple of games he set up so many of his teammates who seemed surprised the puck got to them so yes trying him with guys who can shoot should be the next thing on Huska´s agenda.

Exactly! When the team is playing good they are anticipating what is going to happen next. When they are playing poor nobody is in motion trying to get in position to take a low percentage pass that only a guy like Huberdeau can make.
