Solovyov has been great. I liked Duehr tonight. I think Greer has been ok. Coleman has been a standout with his work-ethic. Weegar has been good too. Markstrom has done more than enough in almost every game he started to let the Flames win.

Meh. This team isn't very skilled, it isn't very fast, it isn't very tough and physical, it isn't very offensive and it isn't very defensively sound. They don't really have any attribute that makes them above average in any category. If they don't dramatically out-work the competition, they can't win. That's the only advantage that I can see them having at this point now. Problem is that they are simply not willing to work.

Yes.

It is the worst. There isn’t a single player you’d pay to watch and not a prospect in sight.

And next season we get to see who Montreal get with our likely to be high draft pick.

6 goals in the last 5 games. No lines showing any sort of chemistry. This isn't going to get better any time soon.

Was that Monahan’s first season? Didn’t he score 20? At least that was a bright spot.

This year??? Nothing.

Conroy better figure out what the cancer is and excise it fast as this will kill the few young players we do have.

After 8 games, I don't want them to re-sign Hanifan nor Lindholm.

Remember when Don Maloney said Sutter's coaching had a shelf-life and that this was a great roster.

That's our president of hockey operations. Kinda make sense we're 31 overall tbh

Don Maloney needs to be on the hot seat and address this mess. After all it was his assessment that determined that the answers were in the room and to dismiss the coach. How he gets a free pass is beyond me. Show some leadership and be accountable.

Underrated disappointment is the stalled progress (and arguably regression) of Dube and Mangiapane.

I wouldnt sign Lindholm or Hanifin to hometown discounts with little term never mind the term and money they think they are worth.

I wasnt sure Lindy played this game and Hanifin was noticable for all the wrong reasons. So brutal.

If Conroy makes the mistake of keeping either of them I feel this hell of horrible will go on for years and years.

When you can score on the second-worst defence in the league...something is VERY wrong.

There is very little right with this collection of millionaires.

$129,000 for Huberdeau for that game. Just mind bottling.

One benefit. Who would actually agree to sign long term onto this mess? You have to think Lindholm and Hanifin will force the Flames hand by not re-signing and stop them from shooting themselves in the foot.

Ya if Conroy signs either one he needs to be committed.

He can’t be that stupid.

He only got half of it right. Should have fired Sutter and indicated that a rebuild was forthwith. That roster always sucked, before the season and now. No organizational depth, limited prospects and a bunch of old guys.

I mean this team that totally sucks let a 1st round draft pick walk to Arizona to keep Connor Mackey.

You kidding me? I would bet on a save the season trade(s) before any attempt to secure futures.

Cue one of the guys on the block (Mantha, Peeke. Armia, Labanc, Garland) being a flame by weeks end.

Honestly, as long as it isn’t this cast of characters I’m fine. Can’t stomach a full season of these a$$holes again. Should have been done in the off season. That hanifin for Olofsson and a 3rd deal looks pretty good right now.

Even the darkest days post Iginla weren't this bleak. It was easy to accept because we knew they were rebuilding.

This is just wow. Hard to watch.

The way Lindy is playing he won't be getting a big UFA payday and he might give more consideration to signing a big money deal that the Flames apparently have on the table.

At least they got to play dress-up before the game!! Huberdeau baffles me. His passes are so soft and to no one. How the hell did he ever break 100 points? Huberdeau looks like a 4th liner who doesn't even care to stay in the line-up.

Also, trade Hanifin, Lindholm, Tanev, and maybe even Zadorov (keep him if he wants to teach young guys how to care). I am usually the furthest from team blow it up, but blow this #### up. It's only 9 games in and I'm already sick of seeing Huska's facial tics when the team is losing. It sucks that these guys are going to break a new coach who could have had a good future in the NHL.
