I’ll be there with my bag of rotten vegetables in hand ready to hurl its contents at the players to show my displeasure with the all-but-guaranteed poor results. They wanna play like garbage and garbage is what they’re gonna get.
I also plan to shout expletives at any children I see in jets gear.

GFG! I'm near Edwards AFB right now, I'd say "down the jets" but the MPs may get a whiff and come knocking on my door.... lol

1-10-2 since 2010. Lost 12 straight from 2010 to 2021. Then we finally won last year’s opener. Rest of the season was all downhill from there.

We actually started 5-1 before losing to Edm in OT - the game where Sutter said Huby was taking a #### or something… from there it was all downhill for sure lol

Alright first game of another season and it should be a pivotal one for the franchise. Based on how it has gone with this organization over the last 8-9 years it should be a good season ahead which has typically followed a previously disappointing season. That was typically how the Gaudreau/Chucky Flames would respond but what about the Huberdeau/Kadri Flames?
After 6 months without meaningful games this is always an exciting part of the year. Hopefully the Flames can bounce back and give us a reason to cheer for the next 6 months plus

Lets go!!!! I'm excited for a new season and some new hope (even if it's tempered hope). I'm excited to see what this team can do with Coronato, Duehr, Sharangovich, and Greer. I hope Pelletier makes a hug impact when he's healthy and I hope goaltending becomes a position of strength. Will I ever learn?

So good to have flames hockey back, I missed my 3am starts in the summer. Going to need a few games to get things gelling but feel we are on for a good season. Listening to Huska interviews gives me a lot of confidence.
