He's right.
The reason soccer has so much embellishment is because it works and punishment for embellishment is little or nothing.
Unless hockey punishes it properly, it will happen. No one is going to not do it just due to honor.

Dallas and Oettinger not looking great in this game. I was picking Dallas to possibly win the west after round 1. But maybe not? Seattle looking like they won't be an easy out by any means.
