Maybe telling a superstar player they have to completely change their game and holding them to 14 minutes a night isn't a good idea.

Every person on this board alcan see Huberdeau and Kadri is not working, and Huberdeau and Pelletier were looking better. So Sutter breaks up Huberdeau and Pelletier. It boggles the mind that Sutter thinks he is making good decisions.

Trevor Lewis played more than Tofolli, the same as Dube and within a minute if Huberdeau and Kadri.

Must win game and Sutter won't lean on the guys who are supposed to be his best players.

I have been watching Flames hockey since 1983 and have not been this frustrated and disappointed ever. This is the worst Flames team ever. #$***%

Someone said Regehr had suggested that Sutter lost the room. Was that on the radio?

I don't know why Minnesota was a team that the radio guys were hyping up as a target to catch? They are so far ahead...?

It's time to start trying some new things. I wonder if Andersson should be shut down early. He hasn't been the same since that accident.

This is going to be a tough homestretch.

Ya, I think sutter is making a point about something. Not fully invested in winning this season

That was the most boring game I can ever remember watching in like the last 5 years. Pathetic. Something has to change.

Probably true, and .... quite lamentably so.

Replacing pelletier of all guys is asinine

He has no read on his players. Can't tell a good performer from a poor one. He sees things upside down

All the leash goes to the guys who are least likely to affect the game because they were tough and good 10 years ago

Yes - it would appear that he is invested in being "right".

The players apparently disagree.

He can’t coach anymore…so let’s give him a promotion to a job he failed miserably at before.

Moneypuck still has Flames at 46% to make playoffs and 4% to win cup.

You know what is even more depressing, that’s even if he gave the other lines more icetime, it may not make any difference.

Sure he plays the 4th line at odd times of the games, but if you look at the number of overall mins, it’s not far off of last year. Plus, the 4th line isn’t the reason why the Flames are where they are. It’s the failure of the players who are supposed to be carrying this team who have been useless this year.

He put Pelletier with guys who were actually playing well...it was a promotion not a demotion

Then we are royally ####ed. Sutter is very clearly swinging his....will around just because he can. There is no way his brain is so broken that he thinks the lines are working. He's coaching out of spite.

Maybe he’ll get so frustrated that he’ll just resign. We can hope, right?

I think that shows one of the flaws of those odds calculators…they tend to favour teams that had expectations coming into the season.

MoneyPuck knows what they are talking about, they know there is a 46% chance we make up 10 points on the Oilers over the next 19 games.
