Always so many point-blank shots and they always save them. I don't know if we do something to make goalies look incredible or if this is just what decent goaltending looks like.

Man, we looked really good, but echoing every other comment in this thread, 1 goal to show for 18 shots is just not enough.
We're going to need 50+ shots to get 3 goals

Reporting live from Mullett ... what an awesome period of hockey, plus a great atmosphere to boot. It's incredibly tough to get around these concourses with how many people are here. But as an experience it's a wonderful time. Had the opportunity to bring my dad down here with me and it's been a truly great few days.
Would expect to see some pushback from the home side in P2. Flames really should be up by more than 1.

The latter. Flames have gotten decent chances that could've gone in, but goalie in position to do enough.
Flames need more chances where they get the goalie out of position, or can challenge them 1-on-1.

Story of the year. Team either doesn't have the talent or the system over-emphasizes shooting from anywhere which makes it look like they're out chancing the opposition but really just wasting rubber.
Most likely answer is a combination of both.

Record vs non-playoff teams is inexcusable. Definitely playing down to the level of the opposition. If our record was 14-7-7 vs non-playoff reams we would be in the top 3 teams in the division.
