I've never bought a jersey of a former Flames player in his new team colors but could see myself doing it with a Habs Monahan

The Predators with a surprise win over the Rangers, 2-1 in regulation time. Saros was on his game in net for the Predators.

Ridiculous game in Anaheim tonight. Blackhawks gave a season high SOG against in the 1st, and escaped only down 1 (although, in fairness, there was a clear interference missed that led to the go ahead goal). The 'Hawks ended up winning 3-2 in regulation. The goals were by offensive dynamos, Filip Roos (his 1st NHL goal ever), and Jarred Tinordi with 2 goals (doubling his career total). Tinordi's GWG was a classic! He dubbed a slap shot attempt to keep a puck up the wall in the zone. It fluttered, hitting the Duck RW in the shin and was heading wide of the net, still end over end, the Duck RD, kicked at the puck, which then, slowly, trickled into Solarz feet, through his legs, and into the back of the net. in the scorebook, a rocket from the point!

Not much action in the Red Wings-Kings game. The shots were 21-21 with the Kings winning 4-3 in reg time. Both teams each had 2 PPGs. Durzi had 2 goals for the Kings.

The Blues squeaked out a win in Las Vegas as the Blues won 3-2 in reg time and were out shot 22-5 in the 3rd period. The Knights 9 game winning streak is over. The Blues were 0/4 on the PP and had no penalties called against them. Reilly Smith scored a SHG for the Knights.

The Avs were 5/5 on the PK and beat the Hurricanes 4-1. Rantanen with 4 points and Makar had 2 goals.

It was a nice return to Philly for Claude Giroux. He had 3 assists in the Senators 4-1 victory. Debrincat with 2 PPGs and Talbot was in the Sens net making 37 saves.

The Bruins won for the 10th time in 11 games as they beat the Sabres 3-1. Bergeron scored 2 goals and the Bruins used their 3rd string goalie, Keith Kinkaid.

The Islanders beat the BJs in OT. Korpisalo was the reason the BJs made it to OT, he faced 46 shots.
