It can be both. The Flames were fortunate to get a point but the officiating was trash.

I want to go on that set and headbutt Kelly Hrudey

Terrible penalty call, no way should Marino fall over because Lindholm sticks out an arm into his shoulder.

Just BS

If McButtcrack (as my 5 year old boy coined him) gets called on that interference call the whining on the panel would be next level.

Why the hell don't the coaches teach sneaky #### like that and to dive when someone barely touches you? Hard work only gets you so far, you have to be smart too.

Play someone who isn’t a vet instead of a bunch of people with no offensive skill?

Markstrom stood on his head today. They cut through our D numerous times unchecked and he bailed the team out. Too many focussing on the call in OT. Kill it off and win the game.

Seems like most of the team is standing around not knowing what their teammate is going to do next.

Is it hard for the NHL to understand why people don't want to shell out big cash to watch their team get screwed over and over again by the refs.

I have a hard time believing any rational hockey fan would watch the last 10 minutes of that game and not conclude there is a double standard in reffing.

oilers chase the play at even strength yet end up with an edge in calls at home nearly every game

why are they so stingy on calls with the Flames on dome ice

Team played like trash again, lucky to get a point.

Pathetic OT call but not surprise the refs pounced.

Again how many times can a team turnover the puck?

They are playing so tight out there, hopefully the road will do them some good.

Flames schedule has been really tough so far to be honest.

Colorado (6-4-1)
Edmonton x 2 (7-5-0)
Knights (11-2-0)
Buffalo (7-5-0)
Hurricanes (8-2-1)
Penguins (4-6-2 but were 4-1-2 when Flames played them)
Kraken (7-4-2)
Predators (5-6-1)
Devils (9-3-0)

64-37-7, that’s a pretty tough combined record so far.

But 9 of the team's 41 home games have already been played. This team had better find some serious mojo on the road or this could be a long season.
