It's not that I am ungrateful for the opportunity and more that games I have attended of late have ended up as losses including game 2. I'm not crazy superstitious but my OCD sometimes overlaps as I wear specific clothes on game days for my teams, etc. Clearly the outcome of the game has nothing to do with my attendance but I feel it's just best for me to watch this one on TV.

Not attending tonight. Please start a Kilngberg Sucks chant.

I saw a road sign downtown shortly after I arrived in Calgary. It read, "Be like the Dallas Stars" and then would transition to "Stay in your lane". LFG!

I get this 100%
You know you're silly when you're doing it, but you do it anyway.
I'm currently on a win streak wearing an unstitched Flames red jersey because the ones with names on them have been unlucky.
Plus I'm getting old, and the TV's are getting bigger.

Sutter in 2014: "In a locker room (there's) 25 men and you don't let anybody in. There's a circle there. You're on the island with them. Don't let anybody on the island."
No point in asking him or current players what he says or does - no one is allowed in the inner circle.
Tkachuk might be even more tight lipped about Sutter than Sutter himself - I notice he dodges the question completely whenever he's asked about Sutter

Hope Stone stays in, really helps break down Dallas' defensive structure having a threat from the point

I'm unretiring this for tonight. Haven't been to a game since Game 1 vs Colorado, so I figured it's time.

yeah the Gaudreau jersey takes a seat tonight after the game 2 loss, unstitched retro/current gets the start in its place. I think the friendship tour tshirt will make its under jersey debut

This is dead on! After the Flames went up 2-0 on Monday, you could see Dallas have to change their trap to try to build offense and the Flames just started getting way more open chances like the Lindholm goal where he was completely unchecked. Getting out to an early lead of more than one goal would be insanely huge for this game!

Yup. Little one only wore his new jersey for game 1 and I didn't bother for 2/3. Put it on for game 4 so I guarantee he's wearing it tonight.

Scoring Winger
|
I personally would rather have Carpenter, Ruzicka, or Stone in the lineup over Ritchie so since it's for sure not going to be Carpenter or Ruzicka, then I hope it's Stone.
It's not that Ritchie is a bad player, I just feel him and Lewis bring the same element. Smart get it deep defensive hockey. Liked the look of Lucic-Lewis as wingers last game.
Another big game. Go Flames!

Almost as good as "Ricci's Ugly" of 2004! Do we have the hatred of 04 yet to chant that at anyone on Dallas?
Maybe best saved to next round if Edmonton somehow flukes out and gets past LA.... "Kass-ian's Ugly", or "McDavid's Ugly", or "Smitty's Ugly" ... Smitty is probably the best.
Or, "Draisaitl's Pissy!"

Yeah I did a whole day long ordeal for game 4 including multiple flames outfits on my baby… and now I’ve handcuffed myself and am in the middle of repeating it all.
