2 at 3 in regulation

This could be a 1st round playoff series. Great game as Pastrnak scored a hat trick including the GWG with under 5 minutes left in reg time. Haula assisted on all of his goals. Vasilevskiy faced 39 shots and neither teams scored on the PP. The Bruins were 5/5 on the PK and the Bolts were 3/3.

3 at 2 in the shootout

What a Vezina like goaltending by Wedgewood for the Stars. That's the way to impress your new teammates and coaches. He faced 47 shots as the Stars steal a win over the Hurricanes. It is theft as the Stars only had 15 shots on net and none in OT. Hintz and Niederreiter each had 2 goals.

This was a downer for the Blues even though they were 4/4 on the PK. Binnington wasn't great in net for the Blues.

4 at 3 in the shootout

The Bhawks continue to play the spoiler roll well. Delia played well in net for the Bhawks on the 2nd game of a back to back, he faced 46 shots. Durzi had 3 assist for the Kings, Danault with 2 goals, and were 4/4 on the PK, but, they only get 1 point.

What happened to the Predators? Did they party hard on the strip the night before and end up with hangovers? The Knights crushed them 6-1. It was a wide open game as the shots were 50-36 in favour of the Knights. The rookie goalie for the Knights is hanging in there as Thompson gains experience. The Knights PP was on fire, going 3/5 and are just one point back of the 8th place Stars.

The Wild were lucky to win in OT as Miller had a shot ring off the post which led to Eriksson Ek's GWG.

LOL at Jets as they lost to the Senators. The Jets collapsed in the 3rd period as the Sens scored 3 goals in just over 3 minutes. There was only one penalty called all game.
