This. Guy acts like he just potted a playoff OT winner with so many of his goals. Just lending more credence to the fact that he’s more motivated by personal success than team success. No Memorial Cup & made it past the first round once (while missing the playoffs altogether 4/6 seasons). Yeah he did get a WJC gold but that was basically an all star team. Just compare Johnny’s celly’s with his 3 goals last night. Not over the top whatsoever.

Huh. I guess the constant parade to box finally caught up with the Lightning. Did not see this one coming as I thought the Lightning would roll the Oilers. A lot of missed shots on Lightning chances certainly hasn’t helped and their offense just looks out of sync.
Oh well. Hype train will be full speed after this one.

The refs are mailing in a win for the Oilers tonight. Seriously one sided officiating in this game. Point was hauled down twice on two obvious penalties that period. No calls. Kane takes a dive or trips over his own feet. Two minute penalty.
