Well it's likely the Oilers win this game but they still got outplayed and if Blackwood could make a save they Devil's win this easily.

They took so long to make sure all angles were covered to Help out the Oilers. Pretty embarrassing.

I don’t think NJ has outplayed the Oilers by much, if at all… but both these teams are garbage and should be relegated to the AHL. Blackwood is just bad, and the Oilers D gets worse each game.

Hard to imagine the Oilers making any noise. McDavid on pace to play over 25 minutes in the first half of a back-to-back - one of the few the Oilers have to play this year. Tomorrow the Isles should be able to easily handle these pretenders, as long as they actually get a save or two from their goalie.

NJ is just the Oilers East.

Bunch of high picks failing to improve due to poor defense and goaltending

Refs seemed sheepish like they knew they dicked it but couldn’t do anything about it.

The refs blew that call too. The replay clearly showed he didn’t play the puck with his hand.

I’ve never seen a face off penalty on a cleanly lost face off

This is baffling incompetence

Really, you’re going to call that after cheating them out of a goal?

I seriously cannot believe they didn’t get an even up call after getting screwed so totally. But they managed to tie it anyway I guess.

Stauffer wondering who the second set of forwards is. He's assuming Mcdrai are going to leave the ice...
