I don't mind Boudreau on the Canucks. Mediocre coach in my mind - not a single year under his coaching would I say a team has over-achieved. I am sure this change will get them pointed in the right direction again, but I don't mind this hire for a rival.

He also got a lot out of some shady bluelines in Washington, and he had a really young blueline in 2015 too.
I think Boudreau squeezes a lot out of his teams, and then game 7s role around and his teams run out of gas.

I said it before, hire the Sedins. Hire one as coach and one as GM....but dont tell anyone which is which and then have them periodically switch places.
