The Wild-Penguins game was a thriller with Minnesota winning it 5-4 in the SO. Kapanen had a hat trick for the Pens. The Wild were down 2 goals with 3.5 minutes left in reg time and Hartman scored the GTG with 2 seconds left. Lots of shots, 40-39 for the Wild. Both teams were 0/2 on the PP.
The Islanders get a 24 save SHUTOUT from Sororkin. It was his 3rd shutout in the past 5 games! It was the Jets first loss in regulation in 8 games. There were only 2 penalties called in the game.
The BJs wrap up the season series with a regulation win against the Avs, 4-2. Cole Sillinger scored the winner with 62 seconds left in reg time. Both teams were perfect on the PK, each going 4/4.
No goals or assists for Ovechkin as the Flyers defeated the Capitals 2-1 in reg time.
Bertuzzi had 2g and 2a in Detroit's 4-3 OT win.
