Grand total of 11 kids (Tuscany). My wife was talking to her sister in Regina and they had 6 at their house and ended up taking their daughter to some other streets as the majority of the houses on theirs weren't participating.

We had 30 kids come to the door. More than we were expecting actually.

Over 100 in Aspen Woods. One of the busier years yet, but seemed to be slightly older crowd. (Which I suppose makes sense as we have been here for 8 years and the kids are getting older).

That's nucking futs. Nice work.

We didn't have even close to that many, but we still had a lot and had to make an emergency run to Safeway for more candy. They were cleaned out there (and Shopper's, too). The lady at Safeway said people were buying cases of pop to hand out and no doubt that's true evidenced by all the pops in my son's candy bag.

Grand total of 17. Kids avoid cul de sacs like the plague. Fools, we had bags that included a full bar, a gummi and a licorice.

Lake Bonavista.

I think it a lot of factors.

1) crazy decorations attracted kids
2) 144 continuous houses in a row without having to cross a street including big expensive houses.
3) more comfort this year being out.

We had enough full size chocolate bars for the first 180 and then another 150 bags of chips. After that they got some of my kids candy. Starting turning them away after that.

Down here in Lethbridge, just south of Henderson Lake, we got at least a dozen. We forgot to count this year. Somewhere between 12-18. The last kid came around 7:00pm

We've been here for a decade and I think we would get two or three dozen in the past. The last couple of years I'm sure was under 20.

My son went to a friend's house in the new part of the Northside and they get close to 100 kids. I still saw kids out at 9:00pm when I picked my kid up.

Got only 90 on the blvd on Riverstone, 1/2 what we normally get. I know usually lots of kids get dropped off and left in Riverstone for the evening, but I think the cold stopped that from happening this year.

You around Lake Erie as well? We close up once we give out 175 treats. This year that was 7:40.

Lake Placid. Although, I might have spent some time with Bailey's and Hot water at an outdoor firepit on Lake Erie.

Bump in case anyone wants to see last year's count to remember how much candy to buy this year.

Yeah, we normally dont get a lot of kids because we abut against a Golf Course so there are very few houses leading up to ours so we often get skipped.

But the guy a few houses down built an absolutely amazing Haunted House on his driveway so we're preparing for more this year.

Otherwise Locke is gettin' the Diabeetus...

Yup...that's pretty much the dream scenario. You Halloween'd right.

In Australia Halloween is pretty hit and miss as the locals don't totally understand it. Last year I got my first trick or treaters and had nothing. This year I prepared just in case and got a no show.

I miss Halloween.

Auburn Sound Manor in Auburn Bay throws a crazy Halloween party on the 31st. They close off the street to cars have an Ecto1 from Ghostbusters and Delorean from Back to the Future on display. This year Hart Legacy Wrestling is donating a wrestling ring and Canam Wrestling are bringing guys for matches.

Holy Crap...how do I get invited to that?

I'm not keen on the wrestling mind you, but Ecto1 and the DeLorean? Plus...I assume beverages...that sounds like a blast.
