The taxi squad is a different animal though. You need guys who can get by on only practicing and then step in if need be. Arguably you want your prospects playing in games on a regular basis.
I’d like rookies on the 4th line a lot more if Ryan is there to provide some stability.

I think the PK stuff is overblown...Sens just happened to score, they probably had 3 or 4 good PP chances. Not even sure the 3rd goal was a good chance Rittich misplayed it big time.
Flames got a shorty too

At first it was kind of cool to only be playing Canadian teams, and I don't mind the back to back formats, but just starting to feel boring playing the same teams over and over.

Nope, not me given the circumstances. Glad to be able to watch the boys play!

I'd like to see Zagidulin get a full start. Nothing wrong with Ritter, just want to see where Zags is at with a full 60.

Random thought: Gio is at 915 games played for the Flames. Does he reach 1,000? Does he reach 1,000 with the Flames?

Pat Steinberg @Fan960Steinberg
Looks like Glenn Gawdin and Buddy Robinson coming out of the lineup tonight in Ottawa. Both off the active roster.
Josh Leivo and Dominik Simon are forward options tonight. Zac Rinaldo and Oliver Kylington also added to the roster. #Flames

I thought Nesterov was good, I would leave him in.
Bottom line needs some Ruzika.
