Fabulous performance. Leafs had their C- game and the Flames got stellar goaltending. Monahan being in the lineup sure fixes depth issues. The lines are just so much better.
Having said that, still way too sloppy defensively and in the neutral zone. Effort was there tonight though.

We really should have a Jennings caliber tandem between Markstrom and Rittich. Let Dave play a few more games, he’s been given a really raw deal the last 12 months relative to everything he accomplished the two and a half years prior.

Massive effort from Rittich, they tried to piss that away on their pp but Dave clutched the hell up. Tkachuk brought it tonight, and even Monahan played with edge.
