Leivo had a great game, I like that Ward rewarded him and put him out there.

I think Valimaki is going to be on the top pairing (or second depending on where you put Hanafin and Tanev) before long, Gio has lost more than one step and the young guy is getting better every game.

I love the win!! I love the comeback!!! I don't like the play in the defensize zone - particularly when they have the puck on their sticks. That has got to improve by orders of magnitude.

BUT Great Comeback!!! Down 0-2 and they battled. Benny was great and so was Looch.

Nah. Shootouts are basically roulette. Why not comment on the amazing smoothie he whipped up in the blender in the 3rd?

I think Leivo is coming around. Has some nice aspects to his game.

That Leivo 3rd shooter was questionable.

I think you play Markstrom tomorrow. Go for the series win. And if they get it, play Rittich on Thursday and have Markstrom rested for the Oilers.

I love these back to backs against the same team. Gives an MLB flavour to it with some gamesmanship.

The best part of Johnny's goal... well the best part was actual goal... but the next best part was Hellebuyck's reaction of disbelief after it went in.

It's like you didn't even see the 3rd period which was largely a shooting gallery for the Flames. Not happy they gave the Jets a point but a win is a win.

If he feels more part of the team that can be a confidence builder! Was good game for the team to get rewarded for hard work!

Still no even strength goals against for Hanifin and Tanev...remarkable!

No other D pairing can say that.

Amazing to see how the game changed after the Tanev whiffle-ball shot. Still glad to see his toothy grin after getting his first. Great team effort after being two goals down.

Can't wait for the game tomorrow. I'm expecting to see some sparks.

He had a good game, but when there is a point on the line you don’t F around...

Johnny’s best game this year. Ditto Bennett (and his next best was last game). Leivo is starting to skate well (but no finish). Lucic is coming on. Monahan was solid. Valimaki’s best game this year.

I don’t know if Dube was benched or maybe re-injured the groin doing down on that phony call.
