I just don't think it is a coaching thing. We have seen enough coaches with this group.

Do you think they change the basics of the system , when they get home?

I’ll stick with individual mental and emotional preparation.

Look at what Torterella can get out of half an NHL team. Coaching/systems definitely play a big part.

This core has had every type of coach that exists and apparently finds fault in all of them.
Fire a hard ass type coach and build the team
