Gaudreau had a 4 point night? My TV must be broken.

I’m not sure why Talbot wasn’t yanked after the first period. Could have won the game without his let downs and poor performance tonight.

Robinson can forecheck, is surprisingly fast, way more agile than he should be, not afraid of the dirty areas or front of the net, and doesn't seem to be a defensive liability.

Johnny played defense, didn't just buttonhook, moved his feet more, and had some fun, when Robinson was moved to his line.

Monahan saw open looks that he hasn't been getting all year, even though they didn't connect for a goal.

I have zero problem giving Buddy a few games to see if he can keep the momentum up. If he fades, then no problem, but if he can play with that intensity consistently, then one of the big RW problems on the team is solved.

I give the odds at 8-1, which is great considering my odds would have been 150-1 before the game started.

I didn't know Robinson could fight. Rinaldo is exactly in kassians fight class, think he's a lock to play tomorrow

Sit Bennett. Does little and likes to take needless penalties. Oilers have a great PP.

This post proves you can't win them all.

Hard to blame the PP when it went 3/4.

Yeah, you've got to sit one of your usual penalty suspects tomorrow. Bennett and Kylington are the big two.

I'd rather have Kylington playing, so I'd be inclined to swap Rinaldo in for Bennett if they want him in. But that probably won't happen.

Buddy was great tonight, but the fact him and Mangiapane played in our top six says a lot about the group Treliving has put together, and how many guys are underachieving.

Blues deserved to win.
I’ll take a point.

Well it won't be for long. Treliving has given every indication that he's getting help for that top six.

You might as well be testing your internal options before that, and Robinson was playing well, so not issues at all with those decisions.

Because their goalie was better...nothing else

Calgary controlled the play for the most part

Poor games from Kylington and Talbot.

I thought he got better as the game went on.

Good effort against the champs. Wasn't expecting a win so I'll take the single point.

Best part of the game was the Buddy chant. Good game from him.
