Thanks for your time here Frolik. One of those UFAs that worked out pretty well, i'd say. Solid for most of his time here.

A bonus is it's San Jose's 4th, which could be even higher. Just one more motivation to cheering that team finishes bottom five lol.

Always really liked Frolik.
Hope he does well in Buffalo!

Wow.
With no retention and still got a pick?
Not bad.

Always liked Frolik. It's too bad to see him take a step back after being a big part of one of hockey's best shut-down lines. Having him keep that up would have gone a long way to solving some current issues. Hopefully the cap-space can be used wisely.
I'd say he's one of the better UFA deals signed by this team that I can remember. Good value all the way through.

I wonder if this trade was in the works for quite some time and they held off when we didn't land Hall. If he was still unhappy then it was probably time to get him out of the room.

The 1st rounder was the main piece. Frolik also has less value this year because his contact is expiring this summer.

I'm a big Frolik fan, he was a good Flame for the majority of his contract, but it's nice for a little change up trade too, he's older, and we needed the room. Best of luck Frolik!

I really wish Frolik the best. He was a great signing. Always fit, great motor and gave his best. Loved his passion after he scored goals and his work ethic. Hope whoever gets drafted with that pick or whoever fills his spot now can bring that same passion and work ethic, if not more.

Pretty sure the main piece was the 2019 1st round pick.

The first round pick was the main piece in the rumored Zucker trade. Frolik was a utility player relative to the same cap hit as Zucker.
This is what Frolik is worth if you're not retaining a penny of his salary.

I’m guessing Frolik is out of the league in a few years a la Glencross.

Dump more than $4 million plus a high 4th, I'm ok with that.

I think a first rounder was the main piece in the Zucker deal.
