If he isn’t replaced by Burke on Coach’s Corner in the next few years it will be a travesty. It just seems like such a natural, elegant, and inevitable transition.

Yeah, not to be sympathetic, but when you get older that kind of thing gets harder.

Agreed but he's 85. Dude is a legend. If I'm even half as healthy at his age, I'll be extremely fortunate.

I wish all people could find what they truly love to do with their career and life. He doesn't need the money - must obviously love to bits what he does

McDavid might be able to scream up the ice at mach 10 and score a goal but I still prefer watching Sid make unbelievable passes through seems that appear for a millisecond right on the tape of his teammate. Sid makes his entire line better. I would take him on my team over 97 every single day.

Maybe If Bruce Boudreau retired I feel like he would be interesting to have alongside Ron Maclean.

I doubt they'll keep the "Coach's Corner" name.

The last time Grapes coached, Disco Fever was still alive and well. Does that honestly matter?

I dont know...it would be kind of weird to have a coaches corner with no coach though.

Unlikely they keep that name anyhow....it really is Dons corner.

San Jose might have something to say about that yet.

The Yotes winning is not good for the Oilers. Keep it up, Arizona!

Why? The Coyotes are in a playoff spot (as of right now) and the Oilers are no where close. Oilers don't have one of their picks, I'm missing the connection.
