Wow, that's a nutty stat.

Arizona is shaping up to be a real interesting team to watch going forward. Their biggest issue is they can't score, but they've also just been decimated by injuries. Their Pacific-best defense is missing OEL's usual defense partner, Jason Demers, who's expected to be back soon. Conor Garland has been a revelation. Nick Schmaltz was terrific in his brief stint -- he'll be fascinating to watch when he's back next year.

An offense with Keller, Schmaltz, Galchenyuk, Stepan, Garland, Dvorak, Fischer, Panik, Hinostroza, Grabner, and Richardson should be much better than it is right now. Hell, even Lawson Crouse has looked good. I'd be worried about the Coyotes in the next few years, especially with top-5 pick Barrett Hayton on the way.

Edit: I completely forgot to mention that Antti Raanta is ALSO out for the season. He's a fantastic goalie. Seriously, there's a lot to like with Arizona.

The West WC race is absolute trash though and if it was any other year the yotes would be booking tee times for April right now.

Perhaps. However, with a win tonight they'd be on pace for 85 points. That would have been good for 2 points back of the 8th-place Wild in 2016.

Jamie McGinn redirects a Brouwer pass past Kuemper to tie it at 2.

LMAO, I jinxed them. Brouwer (again???) sets up Barkov and the Panthers go up 3-2.

Josh Brown with an awful low-bridge hit on Hinostroza sends the Yotes back to the PP.

I don't know if anyone here is interested in this but there is a twitter show (or something like that) Sportsnet Icesurfing and Bieksa is the guest and while a lot of people here don't like him, he has some really good opinions and it shows why he was in the league for a long time.

The sharks are so preoccupied with running around and fighting lately but they look like a worse team since they inserted that plug Haley into their lineup.

Also love seeing kane held to account.. Such a huge ego on that guy. Apparently in an intermission he tweeted about a guy on the bruins hiding behind the refs and not wanting to fight him and quickly deleted it and then while the game was still going and he was in the dressing room was on Twitter retweeting others saying Chara should get suspended.

So glad that guy is not a flame on so many levels.

Wow! Stepan scores a shorthanded goal to tie it at 3 and Gila River Arena goes nuts!

Coyotes just hit three straight posts on a powerplay. How they don't have the lead is beyond me.

Both VGK and DAL have some big bruising forwards.
