Lucic now only one goal behind Alan Quine now - pots his second of the year.

Hitch saving some trade value for him. If one was a crazy deflection and another penalty shot, not super softies. Hitch up to some other ideas.

I really think, him being the short term outsider he is, he’s going to do and try things he’s always wanted to experiment with as a coach but cared about the organization he worked for too much to do that goofy stuff. No worrying about that now, as I am sure some of the Kevin Lowe sales job of “hey Ken, do your thing and we will let you be” is starting to run thin and he’s getting not so subtle messages from above, which he doesn’t ask for or particularly want.

That goal reaction should be for an OT goal, not a goal that cuts the lead to 2 goals.

I don't recall him calling games unless the Oilers were in town.

No doubt Oiler fans everywhere are now proclaiming Lucic an elite talent, and that his contract is totally worth it now.

So a Lucic goal only costs the Oiler $3 million per season now.

Good to see all the whining about McDavid paying off. A Sharks penalty that even Debrusk couldn't find. Phantom call.

No he was the Flames pbp for one or two seasons in the dark years.

His reaction is just a byproduct of the daily media briefing given from upon high in the Oilers organization. Any positives from our veteran players, whether it be Stauffer, Jones, Quinn, Spector etc, make sure those positives amplified because we are trying to trade them for a top return.
