Even remember him being a physical player as he didn’t seem to hit anyone

Ferland dominated in ways beyond "hitting". He separated bodies from pucks because he was fast, strong, and yes, when he did hit it had defensemen rushing their first pass.
Here are what the numbers say
Road Games 5v5:
Gaudreau-Monahan-Ferland
459.08 TOI
51.77% CF
51.09% xGF
3.99 Goals For/60 minutes
1.66 Goals Against/60 minutes
Gaudreau-Monahan-Lindholm
122.43 TOI
49.86% CF
47.9% xGF
1.82 GF/60
2.57 GA/60
On the other hand, at home, where matchups can be controlled a bit more, Lindholm's superior "soft" skills seem to be an advantage. That or Peters is just a better coach and knows how to take advantage of matchups at home. *shrug*
Home Games 5v5:
Gaudreau-Monahan-Ferland
496.75 TOI
53.65% CF
51.2% xGF
2.86 Goals For/60 minutes
2.41 Goals Against/60 minutes
Gaudreau-Monahan-Lindholm
116.48 TOI
59.42% CF
62.41% xGF
4.74 GF/60
3.21 GA/60
If only we had both. Ferland for the road and Lindholm for home.
Or maybe throw Bennett up there but I want him moved to center more than I want him moved to that line.
