It makes me sick that I'm scared when we play the oil now.
They're terrible, and the team still seems to collectively #### their pants.

Pump the brakes some.

Wait for next year and for him to do more of this goodness before ramping it up with that big of a leap.

Best sign of all is that different guys are stepping up each game. That's the only way they can sustain things to the end of the season and into the playoffs if they make it there.

Pretty solid game by the flames, top to bottom again. Bennett has been amazing the past few games.

One game at a time.

Yes.

He's got to show a lot more or at least more consistently.

Oilers haven't been pushovers of late. So honestly that's probably another Flames loss for some inexplicable reason.

Too bad the Flames have a bunch of home games left. It would be nice if the Flames could get some playoff help but the California teams keep winning as well.

Want to see him have an impact regularly over a longer stretch, but it's nice to see him make things happen on the ice finally.

I'd be interested to see what he could do with an opportunity on a higher line, but with Versteeg returning he's probably going to stay put. Him and Stajan have been solid for a few games. The bottom 6 is legitimately carrying the load right now which is impressive to see.

Concerned about the top line still. The Buffalo game was a shooting gallery, so I don't buy that that one really broke their slump.

Saturday night late. So yeah, basically a 4pm Sunday start. Probably no game day skate.

McDavid is in their heads. Until they figure out how to play him properly, they'll probably continue to lose to that dumpster fire. Seems like every other team in the league has figured out the Oilers except us.

They have to become at least a competent home team (not sub-.500) to expect to see playoffs. No better time than now to finally figure this crap out.
