The turning point was the Smith injury. Has nothing to do with the play right before it.

Nah, it was Frolik pass back to Brodie against Vegas.

Lol at Bettman saying that was a good call. Accountability far, far away.

That still stings.

What a painful moment in the season.

Nobody's really complained much apart from the only goal so far being a pretty bad goal to let in. If the tone isn't what you like, why don't you post positively instead of this?

Flames have been decent, exiting their zone well and getting plenty of o-zone time, but their shots have been vastly of the low danger variety. Definitely outplaying the Rags, but not capitalizing as usual.

100 year old goalie with a history of injury's is what caused his injury.

Sure does, and started the crumble of confidence in Rittich and within the team itself. If not for that, Flames likely win the game, goalie keeps the confidence.

It's not just a library, but a Western library tonight! ( I know they haven't had much to cheer about, but still... )

There is no singular turning point.
There are so many factors that go into 82 games.
Flames have not been consistently good enough. End stop.
Trying to pin down one moment is simply a narrative exercise that is ultimately meaningless.
Still not out of it, though, so I will continue to believe.

You sure those are his numbers? Maybe I was missing something.

What the hell has happened to this team.... Where's the jump/energy/excitement/drive/pushback/response/desire/pickanotherofadozenbuzzwords...

They're really not giving us or themselves much to get behind the last few weeks

When will this Franchise smarten up spending more money to sign a legit goaltender rather than throwing money to plugs like Brower and Stajan?

Flames playing like a good team with a fragile nature.

They need some gumption.

flames in a fragile state and the two call ups are letting in soft goals to start games. It shouldn't fall all on them but it ain't helping. If neither can grab hold for a bit,I doubt Tre is going to think there ready for next year.

Those are good numbers, would have never guessed that.
