Good acquisitions. I like the minimal moves the Flames made. Improve the depth at two positions and cost only a 7th round pick. Good work by management.

I like this move. Nick Shore is 25, cheap and gets pretty good results for starting less than 40% of the time in the OZ. I like this deal much more than the Stewart acquisition.

I think the Flames are better after today with Stewart and Shore. Goal scoring tough guy that can play up and down the lineup, and a possession-driving center.
Flames have been hurting in relation to depth. I think this helps them address that. Will be curious to see who is playing now - lots of competition.
