Thailand for sure. Then I remember all the snakes and spiders and other random insects and am happy to live in Canada.

I'd like that too. I think we all would. If we can get calgaryboy here from the Czech Republic (#notoczechia) we can crowdfund your ass to Antarctica.
One-Way ticket though.

My main pros are:
1. English speaking country.
2. Six months of scorching hot summers.
3. Proximity to other European countries and family.
4. Small - you don't need a car. I believe you can get a monthly pass for 30 Euros which basically gives you unlimited cab rides.
5. Beautiful. That part of the Med is spectacular.
6. Laid back island and Mediterranean life-style.
7. Reasonably low cost of living.
8. Reasonably low crime rate (although it has increased lately).
9. Interesting culture and history.
I say all this based on only research though. I have been to other countries in the area (Croatia, Bosnia, Albania, Montenegro, Greece, Turkey and Italy), and what I find is that I always have the most fun when I go to the smaller cities. I'm not a night life person and love hot weather and the sea.

For those of you who want to live somewhere else - why aren’t you living there now?

Just can't immigrate. If I could, my choices would be:
USA
Australia
Canada
New Zealand

I sort of thought of the question more like, if you had to choose another country, where would you choose.
Being able to grow up and live in a country like Canada is like winning the life lottery and I wouldn't give it up for anything.
Relocating to a new country is also very complicated and seeing as how Canada is a top country by most measurements, it isn't worth the hassle and uncertainty.

I'll go with Nicaragua or Australia.
China would be neat as well.

I didn't realize that and it's mind blowing to me.
So ignoring days, Hawaii and New Zealand are actually only an hour apart (Hawaii one hour ahead of New Zealand).

Loved living in HK and could definitely live there with a pile of money. Also really enjoy living right downtown in Shanghai's French concession, but if I could choose anywhere it would definitely be a place with tropical beaches. There is nothing I like more than just chilling on a tropical beach and going for a swim. Where can you get that along with good road biking and mountain biking? That's where I want to go.

Living somewhere else is a great opportunity to experience the culture far more than being a tourist. If it was easy to pack up every year and change countries I would do it however at this stage of my life I'm settled down and am too old to get a work visa anywhere.
I have lived in Canada and Australia and love them both. I would consider moving back to Calgary if I could find a good job to be closer to family and friends although it would be a lot of effort, money, and paper work to move. At this stage I am happy to stay in Australia as it is very similar to Canada but with better weather and an easier lifestyle.
I have also looked at moving to Singapore or New Zealand since my work has opportunities there. Singapore is a cool city with great food that is an excellent hub to explore Asia while New Zealand is basically a smaller, more progressive version of Australia.
When I think about places I would like to live in I don't normally think of countries, I think of cities. I am a city slicker who enjoys the culture and amenities living in a big city provides. London, Paris, Amsterdam, New York, San Francisco, Hong Kong, and Tokyo for example all seem like really cool places to live for a while.
