Kulak having a rough night so far, he’s lost a few puck battles/over committed behind the net which has led to a couple chances against.

2-0 Nashville over Edmonton.
Slapshot off Talbot, then off Larsson's face, and an easy tap in for Arvidsson!

Stajan doesn't bring anything to this line up anymore. No energy, no offence, doesn't kill penalties. Win or lose would be nice to see Hrivik get a shot.

Coyle has looked dangerous this game. Need to keep a lid on him.

His game has definitely come around. Love how on that play, he ignored the puck and just didn’t allow the Wild player to follow up on his shot. Beautifully done.

Just stopping in to say that Hamonic has had an excellent game so far. Strong defensive play after strong defensive play. Almost nothing dangerous has been produced on his area of the ice.
And yet he almost had a bad bounce off his skate yet again. He's had some poor luck this year that way.

That fight against Trouba was most certainly from last year, considering the Reebok jersey.

Wild PBP talking about how Minnesota's bottom 6 has eaten the Flames' alive in the season series. All the Wild scoring has come from their depth. Calling Flames top heavy with a good d-core (interesting perspective) but Wild have an advantage of better depth.
Bottom six limiting chances against will be key tonight.

I have to say Brouwer looks pretty good with Backlund and Frolik. I expected him to hurt that line all over, but he cycles really well with that pair.

I do love that you can literally put anyone with Backlund and Tkachuk and have them become effective. Since Frolik went down, we’ve seen the best Brouwer has ever been as a Flame when he’s lined up to take shifts with those two.
