Time for people to admit Micheal Ferland is a top 6 forward.

Smith needs to be better going forward.

My thoughts:

Brouwer with more icetime than the Ferland, Johnny and Monahan
Brouwer a non-factor in physical play

Statement game from the young guys. Stepping up physically. Matching the intensity of the Ducks.

I think this is key. Along with Smith, They are taking the leadership of this team away from Brouwer and Stajan.

Also have to love Hamilton scoring that goal after the Francis hatchet job earlier in the week.

The only thing that was missing was Smith doing a flying double leg kick to Perry as a so m dunk finish after the game. That would have made it perfect, but I guess this was pretty good finish!! Lol!

I was complaining about Hamillton to myself seconds before he scored. Great decision by him to jump, and even better play by Ferland.

Boom, HUGE win!

Time to get on a run now. And for the love of God please put Douggie on the #1 PP unit.

This team still could do great things this year.

damn worried the Flames had choked away the regulation win there.

nifty passing by Monny and Ferkland on the winner! Great goal by Hamilton!

felt like a playoff game

Huge win in regulation against a divisional rival. Potential turning point for the team’s confidence. Had to win after controlling the play so much.

You didn't like Smith tonight? He made some incredible saves. No way he stops that second goal, Getzlaf picked the corner.
