Prices down appropriately on three properties. From 4-10%. Rosscarrock, Bowness and Inglewood. With Bowness feeling the biggest drop.

When we built our house, they used the purchase price initially and then switched to comparables/formula after a year or two.

+4.5% for my Bowness house.

Down about 2.1%. Even got a new roof dadgumit.

I live in New Brighton (deep SE) and i have not gone to my mailbox in a few days, so i have no idea what the city thinks my house is worth. however, i may ask the city to revisit their number, as we seemingly have a neighborhood issue with Coyotes and there have been a few police incidents lately - surely that is driving the value down and i assume that the city assessment did not consider these factors

My house in Scenic Acres is up about 4%. I sold a rental condo in Renfrew over the summer, and it went down about 12%
