Apparently they're dominating the third period Corsi battle. Doesn't pass the eye test.

Do you think that was weak? I just think Kuznetsov beat him cleanly.

I thought all (including the last one) but one goal, Talbot could have saved. Holtby has been much better

That was neat. What are they going to talk about on the post game show now? Probably McDavid.

4 unanswered goals and an empty-netter. Good game, Edmonton.

Haha stupid Oilers.

How about Arizona losing 11 to start the season? I think they have a realistic chance at the record losing streak. Weren't some people praising them for a great off season including getting rid of Smith?

I find it hard to believe anyone would praise the 'Yotes for any reason.

Also, the Heat beat the baby Oilers 5-3 and (I believe) now lead their division.

Think of how much fun this season could be if the Flames could just play good hockey in front of Smith...

He was the glue that held the team together (I think that was taken from HFOil earlier this season).

Haha while that's a huge over statement there is no doubt they're missing his skill and secondary scoring.

He was inconsistent but you do need scoring and when the Oilers don't have Mcdavid or Draisatl on the ice they have zero skill out there.

Kypreos earlier tonight...

“The fact remains, they’re disappointed in the Ryan Strome for Jordan Eberle deal. I think they’re not married to even keeping Strome, if they can move him. I think probably would. The question is would he bring anything in return of significance? No question … it’s a priority for Peter Chiarelli to find some scoring on the right side.”

When Talbot isn't bringing his 'A' game that team looks pretty average at best.
