Kylington claims he didn't hear his name when they called his name for player of the game because it was in french

He wasn't trying to be badass or sulking or angry.

No chance for Parsons. Fox had mistakes on both Canadian goals

Meh, couldn't really do much about either one. Fox has been pretty bad so far, though.

Bless his soul, but Jake Bean should not be on this team.

Not to be used as an excuse, but the Americans have been hit by the flu the last few days.

Canada is winning every battle. USA looks like they spent everything they had against the Russians, as the Russians did earlier today.

I know he doesn't have a ton of points, but Dube has looked really good.

Boy, the team doing the radio broadcast was stepping all over each other. The colour guy just too slow in getting a thought out and the PBP had to resume calling the game.

Other than the first couple minutes the Americans have looked gassed.

American were the most dominant team to start that period but it evened out after the Canadian goals. Canada is now keeping them to the outside and getting the better chances off the rush.

President Choice encouraging you to get fined by the fire marshal by hosting impromptu dinner parties in narrow apartment hallways.

Nice to see a guy like Lauzon, who started this tourney as a seventh D, step-up and score a big goal in a game like this.

Canada found their skating legs in the last ten minutes of the first, need to keep this pace in the second.

Dube will be a hell of an energy guy if he keeps his work ethic.

McAvoy had Main Street open up for him there.

Fox should get a 2nd assist on that goal.

Canadians executed a bad change to give McAvoy all the time in the world.
