I wanted Dubois pretty bad in last year's draft. Been a pretty big disappointment in this tourney though. He should be dominating this tournament, but he's not even noticeable out there. I'm happier every day we ended up with Tkachuk.

Tkachuk easily the 3rd best player in that draft. Dubois had a crazy surge but the Q factor seems to be why, one of the worst looking 3rd overall picks in recent memory I've seen at this tournament. Greenway looks way better haha. Funny how the biggest knock on Tkachuk was his skating and that is probably why Dubois went higher (and he supposedly can play center), but Dubois looks slow with very little explosiveness.

For an 18 year old non-first round pick, Dube's looked pretty darn good for Canada.

People will highlight the whiff but he's been one of Canada's best forwards today, drew 2 penalties, had some nice rushes and is very good alon the boards. Very pleased with what I've seen from him for sure

Between that, and the 'passing the goalie a stick' penalty... IIHF rules can ruin a game.

Not the Canada was playing a winning gave to begin with...
