I'm not one to sacrifice a nice game worn jersey, but if your house is on fire you better be grabbing that puppet

I forgot to add the "Reading Give It A Shot" bookmarks. I have entire sets from 2 separate seasons back in the day (Young Guns era). Anybody remember those lol? Do the Flames still do that with the elementary kids?

I made a standing bet in 2001 with my best friend that should the Flames and Canucks ever play a playoff series against each other, we'd put a jersey on the line.
So either my red '04 or red '15, as they are the sweetest of jersies: the kind that cause pain to my friend.

I don't collect or have any Flames stuff, but it's neat to see the stuff that other people have.

1) Game used Gaudreau white jersey he wore for away games from October 9-December 22, 2014. The last time he wore it he scored his first career hat trick against LA to fuel the 4-3 OT win after being down 3-0, which snapped the 8 game losing streak.
2) Game used Monahan retro jersey from Nieuwendyk's Forever a Flame night. Monahan scored the game tying goal with 5:38 left in the 3rd. Colborne scored the game winner at 15:41.

I own a fair amount of Flame's things but I would say my most prized possession is a memory. I was living in a basement suite in 04, when Gelinas scored in OT to beat the Canucks I jumped so high my head pushed up the ceiling tiles which at that point I didn't realize they could so easily be moved. Fortunately I didn't end up with my head stuck in the ceiling. I will never forget that moment.
Edit: I suppose I should also mention my 3 signed Sean Monahan Upper Deck Young Guns Rookie cards. Monny was at a signing in Chinook Mall at the Rogers store. I waited in line and we were all told because he had a tight schedule today that he would only be able to sign 1 item at most. When I finally got to meet him I handed him one of the Young Guns cards, he looked at the other ones that I was holding and said "What do you have there?" I replied "just a couple more rookie cards" His eyes opened wide and he said "Rookie cards? You gotta get those signed." Monahan then grabbed then out of my hands signed them all, and said I should get my phone out so we can get a picture together. He posed with me both of us with huge smiles. My favorite picture of all time.
