From what I can see, this is mostly a new roster from Tuesday's game. None of the d-men played in Winnipeg. Freddie, Hathaway, Jankowski, and Ferland are the only forwards who played in Winnipeg.
Ferland didn't play in Edmonton on Monday, so only Hamilton, Hathaway, and Jankowski will have played in three games after tonight. Arguably, those three are the players fighting to be the final forwards to make the cut, so it makes sense that they're getting the biggest looks in game action.

Has Eat Bread played in any games yet? I haven't heard much from him yet and am keen on seeing him play.

O.K. there has been a lot of talk on whether or not MacTavish has actually done a good job for us, most fans on this board are very basic in their analysis and I feel would change their opinion entirely if the team was successful.

A game without Kevin is a game not worth watching.

Seems like maybe Mangiapane must be nursing an injury or something. He should have seen more game-play by now.

He had 13 minutes of ice time in Edmonton on Monday.

Do you manage to stomach listening to him and marginally less unbearable Jake Roberts on the AM show, or do you ignore them altogether?
For me, it is like a train wreck that I can't help but watch. Part of me actually loves David Pratt just simply because he is such a cartoon.

Considered this...and that's fair, but I'd also like to see him play a game with some talent on his line.

Canucks fans are way more concerned about who they can throw out to fight Ferland than they are with the team actually icing a half competitive team.

Icing a half competitive team isn't really an option for them.

For sure Mangiapane is a bit of a mystery. The kid has talent and has been widely praised amongst Flames managers over the years, so why not see him in game action against other pros?

The schedule on the Flames site says the game is on NHL Network-US. So, maybe not totally SOL?

I've heard him being called a young Duncan Keith with the vision of Gretzky on TSN 1040 Vancouver radio over the past couple of days.

I am not making this stuff up.

Well it is David Pratt. I have zero respect for his broadcasting.
