In this project we examine how draft ordering can affect the overall happiness of each person drafting.We implemented and ran four algorithms to determine the order of each round in a draft. Two of the algorithms were discussed in class and are common in drafts today, strict ordering (NFL draft) and snake ordering (order reverses after each round, fantasy sport drafts). Two new algorithms were introduced in an attempt to keep the received utilization of each drafter as close as possible. Using realistic preference files representing players in a fantasy football draft we compare the four algorithms and present our results
Based on our trials, it appears that the least first ordering is the most fair of the algorithms because it has the smallest standard deviation.

Thanks, I saw the list - it should probably be longer (at least 300 players). We don't pick goalies. Sometimes we go more than 10 rounds. We could have over 25 GMs this time.
Sometimes the entry fee is more than $20 - that is all voted on.
We are mostly democratic.
