I'm hoping Pribyl fills one of the open spots soon.

No guarantee Tkachuk makes the team. He might get a 9 game preview, but I'm expecting him to go back to junior this season. Basically I see duos with others interchangeable.

Monahan/Johnny
Bennett/Brower
Backlund/Frolik
Stajan/Bouma

Pribyl still can't skate - I expect him to get the Nakladal treatment this year.

Hopefully, he is ready to play in the AHL soon. If he produces, I expect him to get a look before too long. The Flames seemed excited to get him, despite the knee surgery.

I was actually going to suggest the opposite. He's shown well with Stajan and Shinkaruk so keep those three together. Try someone else on the top line.

Shinkaruk - Stajan - Chiasson have been a line in practice?

Weird. Maybe that's a line experiment for if Backlund can't start opening day, theoretically bumping Frolik up to line 1.

I was going to go today, but I was really under the weather.

If I'm better tomorrow, I'll be there.

Top three fittest veterans at #Flames main camp:
1. Giordano
2. Hathaway
3. Bollig

Good job by the Captain. Sets the example.

No suprise from the top two. Interesting to see Bollig up there, is he usually one of the fittest?

Guys on the bubble are usually the most motivated.

Kanzig is always up there.

Really good sign to see Klimchuk at the top, kid hasn't had a lot of breaks. Good to see him coming in ready.

Dube a great sign as well.
