They had over 8 minutes without a whistle, so that leads to two quick tv timeouts once the play finally does stop.
The TNA logo sure looks like the Canadian Tire logo on the wide shot.

They went almost 8 minutes without a whistle early. That causes a backlog of commercial breaks.
